Ingredients
  • 1 apple
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 celery sticks
  • ½ mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
  • ½ tsp ground flaxseeds
Method
  1. Juice the apple, cucumber and celery. Put the juice into a blender with the mango and flaxseeds and process until smooth.
